As the first part of this party informed you, my Galentine's theme this year was inspired by the Pantone colours of the year and a girls fort theme. It would have been cool to host this brunch in an actual fort instead of one I created on my dining room wall.
I kept the brunch easy and simple. I made my first ever crustless quiche which my friends said was very good, strawberry scones which I had made for my sugar scrub party, turkey bacon and fruit.
I reused my sparkly gold table linen from my Mardi Gras party and St. Patrick's Party and topped it with a tasty brunch and little details in the Rose Quartz and Serenity colours of the year.
Sneak peek of the desserts which will be featured on Friday.
Party picks created by Fancy and Fold add pops of colour to the strawberry scones.
I hope this brunch has inspired you to host a Galentine's brunch of your own. What would you serve?

ReplyDeleteThank you Norene. I always wished you live a little closer so I could invite you to all my parties.
DeleteI just love this theme for a Galentine's Day celebration!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I would have loved to have hosted this in an actual tree fort. How awesome would that have been. You need to build one for E so I can come visit and re-shoot this party in a fort :D ;)
