Mardi Gras project

Back from a trip to the beach, LOVE the beach, and getting my craft on on Sunday night.  Tuesday I'm having a little Mardi Gras party at work during our lunch hour.  I couldn't set up last week and take photo's to share with you all because where we're having the little fizzy party was not available last week.  But I can share with you a project I worked on as I enjoyed some chocolate wine and stuffed my face with too many mini red velvet cupcakes :)

Take these plain looking Dollar Tree masks (6 for $1)

                                                          Add some glittery fun

Ta-Da! Jazzed up Mardi Gras masks

Doesn't the mask look SO much better all glitterfied. Just don't drink too much chocolate wine while making these ;)  You might end up with more glitter on you than on the mask hee hee

  4. Great idea! Will be fun to try something like that. So many possibilities! (Henrow... I was too impatient to figure all this out! Not intending to be "Anonymous")

    1. Ahh, Henrow, Anonymous with your signature is great. TheMistressT always signs in anonymous with her signature. Just pleased to see your comment :) Sorry you missed the party at work.
