HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY

With St. Patrick's Day being on Sunday this year I brought mini cupcakes to work on Friday.  I can't let a holiday go by without making cupcakes! 

Lucky Charms cupcakes from Just Call Me Maria.  The cupcakes flew out of my office as soon as word spread.

Tiki Party left-over's

Seems like there's always left-over's from a party.  No matter how hard you try not to have any, you always do. I had Pina Colada cupcakes left over from the Tiki party on Saturday. Today I treated my co-workers to them.  Woo Hoo!!! Success, I can bake from scratch :) So many wonderful compliments today.

Second Annual Tiki Party

With the Third Annual Tiki party only a few weeks away, I wanted to share from Tiki's past.

This punch recipe was a hit and I'll definitely be using it again. Now where did I put that punch recipe, hmmm

The coconut cups are always fun. Don't ya love the Terminator Tiki mug, my husbands, hee hee.
Last year I added pineapple slices for garnish. Some people really tiki'd out their drinks too fun,

Who doesn't love sugar?!!! Yummers!! And all that color, LOVE color. Can ya tell :)

Mini cupcakes, a Tiki party tradition and the reason my family calls me the cupcake queen. Mini's are so much more fun. Fun to make, fun to decorate and fun to eat because you can try all the varieties.
