The Virus Hoard

Hi all!   Blog posts have been a little scarce this week. My Ninjas are busy fighting off invaders trying to get me.  My Ninjas are kicking butt with a little help from running and Kettle Bell work outs.   While my Ninjas are busy flinging stars and chopping the heads off the virus hoard, let's take a moment to be inspired by some Ninja cake and cookies.
